It has been over a decade since the death of the Pawdishah Emperor, Caticus V whose passing plunged the known universe into civil war! The fighting eventually reached the capital of Clawtan causing the imperial museum to nearly be destroyed! A fragile truce was finally reached, for though they could agree on little else, all across the galaxy know "the art must flow".  With the signing of the Catomer Accords the Council of Claw was established. The Council would be chaired by the Artist Guild and have a representative from each of the four great factions that have since emerged.
